The Waiohiki Villas were one of the first group of units built by the Napier District Masonic Trust. Each of the 10 units has its own carport and the village is situated close to Taradale shops, on the main bus route and provides companionship within a small caring community.
As in all our villages, residents have a small garden to care for, with the Trust gardeners. maintaining the communal areas.
Update: As these units become vacant, they are being upgraded internally and externally. The newly renovated and beautifully appointed villas have spacious open plan living and a wet shower bathroom.
