We thought it might help to understand how our recruitment process works
Our recruitment process will vary depending on which position you apply for with us. But generally, you can expect the following:
- You’ll get an email from us when we have received your application.
- Once we’ve reviewed your application, we will get in touch again.
- The next step may be a telephone screen or interview (face to face or online depending on your current location). This will give us an opportunity to get you know you better and help you learn more about our organisation and working for us.

Apply for current vacancy
When you register and apply, you’ll be directed to a form to create a profile which includes your personal details, skills, and experience and of course, your CV. You will also be asked to indicate your employment preferences including availability, locations, and roles.

If there isn’t an immediate vacancy that appeals to you, we encourage you to complete an “Expression of Interest” and register with us so we can notify you if future opportunities. You’ll be able to sign up for job alerts so that we can keep in touch with our latest vacancies until the right one comes along for you.

Covid 19
The COVID – 19 virus poses significant risk to our residents and employees at Napier Masonic Trust. We do therefore require our workers to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Before you can commence employment with us, you’ll be asked to provide us with your immunisation records. We will request this information with your permission when you register online or whilst going through the recruitment process.

Prior to making an offer we will also complete reference checks and request evidence of any relevant qualifications/ practicing certificates.
We will also complete a police check as part of our process.
