Catering Development Manager

Biju Thomas

The Masonic Trusts Catering Development Manager brings a new and flavorsome perspective to the Masonic Trust kitchens.

Biju Thomas was born and raised in Kerala, India where his mum inspired his love of cooking as a young teenager and his goal to one day become a chef.

“One of the best parts of being a cook are the compliments I receive on my dishes from clients, residents, and friends. These compliments are what keep me going and why I love my job.”

Biju enjoys introducing new flavors and giving his clients a new perspective on the food they eat. He encourages the village residents to say “Hi” and have a chat and is always keen to listen to suggestions while building good relationships with his clients.

If it’s true, that you are what you eat, we think Biju must consume laughter and sunshine with a sprinkling of sugar.
