We believe every elderly person has a right to a place they can call home and we offer affordable rental accommodation to over 65’s when available.

Victoria Masonic Flats, 8 Morris Spence Avenue, Onekawa, Napier
This property has both bedsits and one-bedroom properties.
Bedsits:
- A bedsit flat typically has sleeping and living area, a kitchen and bathroom.
- Bedsit tenants share communal laundries.
One-bedroom flats:
- A one bedroom flat has a separate lounge, bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom plus laundry area.
- Pet free.
- Each flat has its own small garden area, which the tenant is responsible for, and the complex provides a peaceful environment for residents to enjoy while respecting their neighbours.
- The Trust is responsible for lawn mowing, maintenance of all buildings and chattels belonging to the Trust.
Eligibility criteria:
- Prospective tenants must be over the age of 65 years.
- A bond of two weeks rent is payable prior to occupancy, and two weeks rent is payable in advance.
The Napier Masonic Trust has other rental properties located in the Taradale area that occasionally become vacant.
